By submitting an application to the Affiliate Program, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before applying.

1. Definitions

  • “Affiliate” refers to an individual who has been accepted into the Affiliate Program and is authorized to promote events and earn commissions.
  • “We,” “Us,” or “Company” refers to EntryGeek.com, the owners and operators of the ticketing platform.
  • “Program” refers to the Affiliate Program operated by the Company.

2. Eligibility

  1. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
  2. Only individuals may apply; companies or organizations are not eligible.
  3. Applications must include accurate and truthful information, including a valid CV and motivation statement.

3. Acceptance into the Program

  1. The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion without providing reasons.
  2. Accepted affiliates will receive an official welcome email with further instructions to begin promotional activities.

4. Responsibilities of the Affiliate

  1. Promote events in an ethical and professional manner, ensuring alignment with the Company’s brand values and guidelines.
  2. Avoid using unethical, misleading, or spamming practices in promotional efforts.
  3. Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in promotional activities.
  4. Maintain confidentiality of any affiliate codes, guidelines, and related information provided by the Company.

5. Payment and Commissions

  1. Affiliates will earn a commission for each successful ticket sale attributed to their unique referral code.
  2. Payments will be processed monthly with no minimum earnings threshold.
  3. Payments will be made via the method selected during application (e.g., bank transfer, PayPal).
  4. Affiliates are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on their earnings.

6. Termination

  1. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with or without cause by providing written notice.
  2. The Company reserves the right to terminate the Affiliate’s participation for breaches of these terms, unethical conduct, or prolonged inactivity (90 days or more).
  3. Upon termination, no further commissions will be paid for tickets sold after the termination date.

7. Confidentiality

  1. Affiliates must maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared by the Company, including promotional materials, strategies, and referral codes.
  2. Any breach of confidentiality may result in immediate termination of the agreement.

8. Intellectual Property

  1. Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Company’s trademarks, logos, and promotional materials solely for the purpose of participating in the Affiliate Program.
  2. Unauthorized use of intellectual property is prohibited and may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

  1. The Company will not be liable for any damages, losses, or costs incurred by the Affiliate as a result of their participation in the program.
  2. The Company does not guarantee specific earnings or success through the Affiliate Program.

10. Modifications

  1. The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
  2. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

  1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
  2. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Mpumalanga.

12. Agreement

By submitting an application, you confirm that:

  1. You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions.
  2. You agree to comply with them during your participation in the Affiliate Program.
