This will be the ultimate Comrades preparation run, giving runners an opportunity to test their Comrades fueling, gear, and nutrition.\nEvent Details:\n• Date: May 1, 2025 (Workers’ Day)\n• Venue: Nelspruit Rugby Club\n• Start Time: 6:00 AM\n• Registration: FREE via (www.entrygeek.co.za)\n \nDistance: 50Km and 60km (Long Run, starting at 6:00 AM)\nRoute: The route will take you through scenic roads, including Sabie Road (R37), Heidel Eggs Road, Sabie Whiteriver Road (R537), Whiteriver to Nelspruit (R40), Riverside and Matsafeni Ring Road.\n“Note: 50Km Finish Elawini Bridge (Shuttle will take athletes to Nelspruit Rugby Club”\nWaterpoints and Support: Enjoy fully stocked refreshment stations every 3km.
